It is a very welcoming place. You feel like your visiting long lost relatives because they remember your pets and talk to them!
If you want to get your dog's nails trimmed just call ahead. You can make a donation for $10, buy your dog a treat and have nails done! Always a good selection of quality food toys and treats for your pets. Might be slightly more expensive but staff are helpful and always have great advice.
