Two hours to wait for a pizza? When I called about the status, they said another hour more! Maybe this is just a bad night because I ordered countless time before and my order was promptly delivered. No more order for me at this location!
I had an incident at this dominos , the District Manager had a screaming match with me , I ordered three pizzas and when I got there only two were ready , she had an attitude about the whole thing just completely disgusting. Yelled at my 13 year old daughter as well. Was airing out a former employees business for everyone to here just be careful when going here she is not professional at all
Wow absolutely horrifying service. My boyfriend and his friends ordered a simple, no frills order a mentally incompetent monkey could deliver. After waiting roughly 45 minutes, they were delivered the wrong order, missing a pizza as well. The delivery guy returned to the store to get the pizza, they were told it would be a 15 minute wait and my boyfriend and his friends waited another 50 minutes before calling the store. They were told it would be ANOTHER 45 MINUTES. By this point they were waiting nearly 2.5 hours. For pizza, some chicken and bread sticks. They decided to drive to dominos, wasting gas money instead of their time. On arrival they were told that it had been sitting there waiting for them because the incompetent delivery boy had been waiting for more items, aka a sauce. They were told the reason why the service was frankly disgustingly underwhelming was because the 2 competent managers weren't there, and the person in charge had no clue how to work in the industry. I never had high hopes for a mediocre pizza shop whose customers were mostly drunk college students, but worst service ever. Great new argument against upping minimum wage.
Friendly and honest! If it's going to be longer than it says on the website they always let you know.
The delivery driver has a loud car.(white honda accord) It seem like he was on something. The food was cold when they're only down the street. I think the name on my receipt was Phil Revell
