I went in twice in two days for a Cappuccino. First time it was a Latte. Steamed milk and no foam on top.
All in all, everyone is very nice
Today is May 21st and wifeys coffee is a good one!!
We used to come here daily and the staff was awesome and our orders we're always correct.

Second time when I asked for extra foam, as I have in other DDs, I was told there is only one way to make it.
BEWARE !!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the Drive through window to make sure you are not overcharged. Even then they may lie Straight at your face so double check the items you have been charged for. They may not be the same you ordered. This DD has become the worst in the area. It has gone worse and worse in the last couple of years. I would never go back there and may avoid DD all together from now onwards. Corporate need to take a DEEP look at these franchises as these kind of lying and customer service efforts their name. Very very disappointed.
Medway has 2 Dunkin Donuts and this one is much better service.
After arguing with the cashier, the person making the Cappuccino failed to add the sweetener as I requested and the cashier put the wrong muffin in the bag. Forget the foam, nothing else was done properly either.
Sometimes busy, but the parking lot is not badly set up.
I'd say lately the coffee has been wrong more than correct. Maybe burnt or stale maybe 3 out of 6 days. Each attempt to get an extra toasted bagel has resulted in being barely warm...
